Vivo has recently launched Vivo Y33S. And the price is 20990 BDT. Today we will discuss about how is the phone is in this price.
Vivo always comes with a different look. And this phone is also same. This phone has two colour variants. Mirror black and middle range. It has a raindrops effect on the back. And I think everybody will like this phone. But this phone has some problems in build quality. This phone is fully plastic build. That's why it doesn't feel so premium in hand.
Ports and Buttons:
On the right side it has a power button with side mounted fingerprint scanner and volume button. The fingerprint scanner words much accurate. It was unlocking the phone rapidly.
On the top side it has a SIM card tray where you can use to SIM cards and a dedicated memory card.
On the bottom sight it has USB type C port, primary microphone, 3.5 mm audio jack and speaker. The speaker quality was decent. And there is also a earphone in the box.
This phone is very lightweight because it is made by plastic. And the weight is 182 grams though this phone has a 5000 mAh battery. This phone is only 8 millimetre slim. Which means this phone is very slim. That's why it feels very comfortable in hand. The weight distribution was also perfect. But you must use the back cover that given in the box to protect the phone from scratches.
Display:
This phone has a 6.58 inches full HD plus IPS LCD panel. With regular 60 hertz refresh it. And there is a water drop noutch on the top of the display. After knowing about this display you may feel some scarcity in display segment. Because in this price many other phones are offering emulate panel with 90 hz refresh rate. But this phone has an IPS panel with 60 hertz refresh it. Which is not acceptable. And the water drop notch is also an old design.
But the display quality was okay. I didn't see any problem with viewing angle. The colour reproduction was accurate. And it was also bright enough in outside. Though you may face some issues in direct sunlight.
Performance:
Considering the price this phone will not perform well. Because this phone has media take helio g80 processor with Funtouch OS 11.1. 8GB RAM and 128gb internal storage. Which is a budget segment processor. And it is not acceptable in this price range. Though this phone has 8GB RAM and you can expand this ram. The day today performance was good. And there is no major problem in multitasking. But I have seen much lagging and startup issues in gaming. I have seen much lagging in pubg and free fire. Though the call of duty mobile was slightly optimised. But in this price we can get many other good performing phones. I don't have any complaint with the UI. It was clean and smooth.
Camera:
This phone has three cameras in the back. The primary one is 50 megapixel, then a two megapixel death sensor and a two megapixel macro lens. And the selfie camera is 16 megapixel. There is no ultra wide shooter in this phone. The photos of this camera was much detailed and sharp. But the dynamic range performance was excellent.
Battery:
This phone has the 5000mah big battery. Which will give you one and half day backup easily if you are a like to moderate user. But the 18 watt charger was not so fast.
And this phone has all kinds of sensors. The ear piece and call quality was good.
